Is there a way to configure a footer image on Tempo? I know embedded interfaces

Is there a way to configure a footer image on Tempo? I know embedded interfaces would answer this need but maybe modifying a CSS file in some configuration file of the installation would work.

Appian does not recommend changing the base product files as customizations usually make upgrades more difficult. That being said, the jsp and css files are located here: <APPIAN_HOME>\\runtime_ear|ear\\suite.ear\\web.war\\environments\\apps
There is already a header file that could be modified, but there isn't currently a footer.
