Some users can't see the full tempo page, only the header (without the menu)

Some users can't see the full tempo page, only the header (without the menu) shows. And I can see errors in log. But some users can see the full tempo page and no errors. We have tried different accounts on same pc. So it should be account related issue. But according to the error log, I can't see any difference between these accounts. Please share your thoughts.

What HotFixed version of Appian are you seeing this issue on?

This has been resolved in Appian 7.9 HF Package D (AN-62825).
