In User alert adminitration I set Appian to sent a mail notification for new task assigned to me immediately, on a daily base and on a weekly base, but I only receive immediately only .Is it possible to set it like that ? And can be this done globally?...

You can set the mail notification for “New task assigned” strictly to one of those preferences (not all of them). However, if you want to be reminded of the Task again, you can use the “Escalations” from the Task properties.
