Hi Team,
I have observed that there is an issue with progress bar in File Upload component in 7.11 and it was showing fine in 7.10.

Does the issue persist after restarting the application server? looks like a translation bundle got unloaded or maybe this migration was done correctly and the web server has the static content from 7.10 since it was not updated.

I have also notice this issue on our 7.11 cloud server for our new customer - new instance.

There was a change in behavior for the file upload component in 7.11, the waiting message is intended for 7.11

It seems this (the ???) is not related to an unloaded bundle, therefore a restart won't help. Appian Support has reported this internally for it to be addressed in an upcoming update.
