As part of the enhancements, I am working on one of the portal form which was built long back.
I did some changes and saved it (without errors). After some time, when I opened, it is like attached image. Logged out and logged in still same. Any ideas ?

I did not try to export, it is still under development. It happened to only particular user input task, other user input tasks are fine.
It is fine after copied from the previous version. I applied all changes again.
If there is any problem with user interface, it should show some error, but in this case, it was not
