As part of the enhancements, I am working on one of the portal form which was built long back.
I did some changes and saved it (without errors). After some time, when I opened, it is like attached image. Logged out and logged in still same. Any ideas ?

It must have become "corrupted" due to one of the changes. One more reason to move to SAIL.
