On the "Send Email Node" - you only have four options to choose from to select the "From". I am facing a situation where the process is initiated by Person 1 - but the "Send Email Node" is in a different swim lane; Person 2. The four options are only: Process; Process Initiator; Process Designer, and Process Model. ...

If you read the documentation, it tells you how to link a sender to a PV (or other expression.) That way it can be dynamic at runtime. E.g. in your "From" dropdown you will have a new option e.g. "Approver" but it will be a different user every time.
