How to directly open up a user input form when a process is initiated from a Portal interface?

Hi,

I need to directly open up a user input form once the process is initiated from old Portal interface. But sue to some reason it is still in the quick action stage where I need to manually open up the form.
How do I achieve it to open up once the process is initiated instead of handling it as a quick action.
