Question on restricting Viewer users

Question

Wanted to make the change in user security viewers as "Restricted" , but it looks like the option is disabled and I am unable to restrict the Viewer users. Kindly find screenshot for the same. Kindly suggest if anyone experienced such type of issue.

If you want to restrict the viewers for a user record you need to turn off the default user profile visibility under "Permissions" in the Admin console. If you are on an older version of Appian you may need to configure this setting in custom.properties. After turning off the default profile visibility you need to manually add viewers to a user's record in process using the Modify User Security smart service.
