Issue with HTML template in "Send email smart service"

I have used HTML template in "Send email smart service" .In template CSS is used to style (that is to color the rows of table in) HTML page. When user open that email, table is not get colored. But when same HTML page open in browser it is colored one.For reference please find the attachment.
So I want the solution to display CSS effective HTML page in Email.

The problem with CSS in email is that there are many restrictions depending on what email client the user has. There are many resources on the web on what CSS will work in most email clients.
