Question with datetime values and daylight savings

When reading datetime values from a SQL Server database and displaying in a gridField, Appian appears to add the daylight saving to the value but it is stored correctly in the table, e.g:

DB: 2016-03-29 11:29:44
Appian: 29/03/2016 12:29 GMT+01:00

How can the date be formatted correctly to show 29/03/2016 11:29?

Create a Utils Rule with Datetime input

with(
local!date: todate(ri!dateTime),
local!time: totime(if(isnull(ri!dateTime), ri!dateTime, local(ri!dateTime))),
local!result: local!date & " " & local!time,
local!result
