Is there a way to create interface templates of our own?

Is there a way to create interface templates of our own? We have a few stock interfaces that represent good starting point s for us and it would be nice if we could use those instead of the 'Lorum Ipsum" interface templates.

There is no out of box feature available to create templates. As tim suggested you can create a interface and as a developer guide in project you can maintain it with instructions.
