Solution for report with filter capabilities resetting filter settings

Created a report with filter capabilities and annoyed by the always resetting filter settings? There is two solutions. Build it on your own following the SAIL recipe (16.2 +) or use the shared component that can do much more than that. It is a general implementation, can be used on any report and contains all needed UI elements to allow each user to manage multiple sets of filters and define one as default.
