Hide drop down place holder

Most likely the best way to do this is to make a more complicated saveInto structure in the other dropdown components to choose that value for you

It would look like this for both dropdowns, so that the order wouldn't matter

saveInto:...

You can also use the conditional above to populate the disabled: field of the Entity Role column, so that a user cannot change this saved value while individual and primary are chosen.

Yes The above logic works for displaying the value in third dropdown, But if 1st and 2nd dropdown values are dynamic then you should evaluate them by wherecontanins function and that output you have to save to 3rd column value

Thanks Matthew and jagannath, the third dropdown is dependent on the first two columns; so, including the logic above in the third column's 'saveinto" works fine too by populating the third column automatically from the values in the first and second columns. Thanks for your help!

Sorry, I actually included the logic in the "second column's saveinto" since the third column is dependent on both values comming from the first and second columns. The first column value cannot be used on its own to decide the value of the tird column.

We also re-intialize the values of the second and third columns upon any update to the value in the first column. Matthew's suggesteion is the right way to go; if you do not do this re-initialization.
