Sail form showing "This form must be viewed in Tempo"

Hello,
This is about, start a new process from Sail interface, and display User input form.

I created process model, with 1 user input task , SAIL interface is used to create form interface.
Process model is published as application action.

Now in a dashboard,I created SafeLink URL to start the Process model. On Click on a link, process model is getting called,Start form is getting open in a site, however,use input task, sail form showing , "This form must be viewed in Tempo. "

Any suggestion...
