Using apply components within apply components

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to add sections dynamically with each section containing a inline editable grid to add more items related to that section. I am facing a issue where items added in inline grid of one section being added to every section grid as it is referring to only 1 array of items. I need to index these items to a particular section meaning I want the inline grid to be unique for each section. Has anyone come across such scenario of using apply components within apply components.
Please share your thoughts on this.

Looks like an interesting use case. As you have mentioned, you have to make sure each grid points to a different array variable. But its tricky to pre-define these variables since your grid gets added dynamically. Can you paste your code here so that we can try things on top of that.

We have a similar use case where we have defined a CDT like the below one to handle it

sectionList (Multiple)
-- gridList (Multiple)
-- column 1
-- column 2
-- column 3

So when ever your section gets added, you can use the increment count as your index for sectionList variable. Similarly a separate index when a row gets added in each grid.

#neelima What is the level of nested CDT , 2 levels or have more multi level. can you share any sample sail or nested cdt tree view etc. a screenshot may be. (Note: don't share any confidential data)
