Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. From July 24–August 3, the Appian Community will be in read-only mode. During this time, the site will be read-only and user registration will be disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but a more secure, stable, and performant Community experience is coming soon!

The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.

Recipe for creating dynamic grid

Do we have a good recipe or link/documentation where i can create a dynamic gird. The requirement is the grid should be build dynamically including the number of columns(a!gridLayoutHeaderCell) which we would get at runtime.

  • @gaurava Hi, I don't think there is any such recipe in the documentation but it is definitely doable by making use of fn!apply() or a!applyComponents() and Logical Functions such as if(). If you could write the code as per your idea based on the requirements you have got, the community can help you in resolving the issues/letting you know the limitations in case if you are struck.
