Error with getdistinctuses() function

Question

Hi All, I have a basic user i.e. the user is not a system administrator. The user is given access to an action where he can add users to other groups. But while selecting a radio button which allows the user to add users to groups I get a pink error stating "Insufficient Privileges" and error in getdistinctuses() function. Any suggestion on this would be of help. Thanks in advance.

getdistinctuses() needs the basic user to have access to see members of that group. Depending on the security members can see each other or only admins can see members.
