How can we pre-define the sequence of the field focusing on sail forms?

How can we predefine the sequence of the field focusing on sail forms? Users are looking for a special sequencing of field focusing while pressing the tab key in the keyboard. We are on 16.2.

The tab key goes section by section and within a section it navigates firstly in firstColumnContents and the shifts the focus to second column content.
Currently there is no way to configure the focus on click of Tab key.
