Is there a way to check how often users check records, what records, etc.?

Hi,

We are looking for a way to start a process as soon as a user enters a form. This form could be a form used on a user input task or record dashboard.

We thought about creating a web-api that could be called by an expression rule which we include in the load() on the form. However we would like to be able to start a process without exposing a web-api.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Boris

  • Hi Reginald, thanks for your input. In short the use case we have is as follows. We have an application that provides views on data by using Records. The application only consists of records and has no processes or related actions available for end users. What we want to have is insight in the usage of the application. We want to know how often users check records, what records etc.

Forcing users to click a related action would solve our issue but is not desirable from an end user perspective.
