Sail form in related action is blank when accessed from site but works fine from tempo

#Sites-Related Action
I have a Sail UI for a related action.
The data that is populated in the form is coming from a web service response.
When i access the related action from records in tempo, the form is showing up.
But when I select the related action from sites, I am getting a blank page ( inspite of pvs having values)
Can someone please throw some light on this..
Thanks !

Do you know if the visibility in the record type designer for the related action uses string comparisons and/or and() & if() logic?

The visibility in the record type is just set to true().There are no expressions.

Would you mind uploading a screenshot of the "Edit Related Action" view in the "Record Type Designer?"

Do you have any conditional logic in your SAIL code that would prevent the form from being displayed correctly?

I think this issue warrants a support case. Would you mind creating one, please? We can troubleshoot the issue more in depth from there.

To run the action from the site , we need to configure start form.So create one sail UI and configure it in start form.I think this will solve your problem.
