Is there a way to generate a link similar to what is used in the reports if you choose "show user picture" on a user data column in a form? I would like to show the user picture and the link that brings up the popup with user details on the form.

Here is a link you can have on your form, and this can be formatted to open in a new window - yoursite/.../userdetail_pop.popup
