Error - [HTTP Code 413] (APNX-1-4279-001) received by user

Hello, We are having a embedded interface with Apache httpd as the web server, serving the web pages. While user was trying to click on a dynamic link they recieved hte following error "An internal error has occurred. The page could not be loaded. [HTTP Code 413] (APNX-1-4279-001)". I checked both httpd and Appian JBoss logs, but did not get any specific information when the error occurred.

Has anybody ever faced the issue? Can you please point us in which way to investigate this?

HTTP 413 means "Request Entity Too Large".

A network capture may be helpful. You can use a tool like Fiddler - http://www.telerik.com/fiddler
