Problem with sites

Has anyone had an issue logging into sites?
When I try to log in to my Site I get a "403 Forbidden error" and am redirected to Tempo. Once I am inside of tempo I can then re-enter the URL for the Site and the page loads without issue.
I have no idea why this is happening, any ideas?

Have you checked you are in the right security group for the site? I would also try clearing your browser cache incase as well and retry the URL.

Hey Jason - not sure they came to a conclusion on this thread, but there may be some debugging tips that are helpful:

yep, that is exactly the issue that I'm having. and you're right that it doesn't look like there was a resolution unless you consider "don't use IE" a solution.

I always thought not using IE was a great solution! :)
Have you looked at the link posted by Tom Ryan?

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you, but one thing I would suggest is to post a comment on that old thread to re-engage those helping with the debugging.

Hey Jason - we're facing the exact same issue, were you able to find a resolution?

Putting a "/" at the end of URL seemed to alleviate the issue:
your-appian-home/.../
<-- the trailing slash was the only workaround we found.

Great, thanks Jason. That works for us as well - mmm, quirky! :-)
