Embed record list in an iframe
ramjay

Hi,
I am trying to see if it's possible for us to embed an Appian record list (not a single record summary) into another web portal (something like salesforce). Reading the documentation it appears we can only embed html5 web controls that Appian supports but that;s only limited to a single record summary.
Is there a way to get a list or in general a way for us to embed an Appian link in an iframe ? When we do that Appian responds with X-FRAME-OPTION header as "SAMEORIGIN" which the browser honors and decides not to render the view.
Any known workarounds ? or is there a better way to do it (assuming we dont want to pull the list via an API).

Have you reviewed
forum.appian.com/.../How_Should_You_Use_Embedded_Interfaces.html
? This details what and how you should embed.

I dont see a way to embed in an iframe view ? I want to embed a record list, not task list. For ex, i want a partner to be able to see a list of issues they have open (issues are represented as records). I cant seem to find a way to do this short of a custom interface with an api ?

Have you implemented SSO to allow this?

Appian responds back just fine but adds a X-FRAME-OPTIONS (SAMEORIGIN) header, that tells the browser to not render the content. I am trying to see if there's a way to remove that header. I have set CORS urls too to see if that would allow this to work but doesnt seem to.
