Getting data from a pop up .aspx form

Dears, I have an interface that is a pop up .aspx page that returns some data I would like to receive in an SAIL form. We are using 7.6 so no embeded sail in our version. Does anybody knows a way of letting the sail form that the pop up is closed or even better to get the pop up data in the sail form??

Where is the data located? It sounds like you will need to integrate with whatever system is holding the data so that you can pull it into the Appian environment then display it in your form.
