Getting error on task on Portal

Hi All,

I am trying to access a task at User Portal & sometimes the task comes up fine & sometimes I am getting the error shown in attached file. Can anyone guide why we are getting this error? Thanks

Eduardo, but these users are not the same users that logged in & were getting the task. For example my old Id rishub is disabled & showing in missing Users but my new ID through which I am logged in & getting the task & error is not present in missing list.
