Hi All,
I am trying to access a task at User Portal & sometimes the task comes up fine & sometimes I am getting the error shown in attached file. Can anyone guide why we are getting this error? Thanks

Appian 7.5 & 7.11. In both the versions, we have issues.

Check if any username is reported in the output and if those are the users with the issue.

Eduardo, we will reach out to our engineering team to run this command tomorrow morning & will let you know if we get those users. Can you please guide what can be the root cause for this?

I am thinking these users were renamed or created via LDAP synchronization or any similar plug-in and an issue occurred that prevented their propagation. At this point is only an educated guess until I get the results of that command.

Thanks for update Eduardo. I will update the post as soon as we get the results. But just for details from our side, we have not renamed the Users. In our Prod environment, we are on 7.5 since long & we have not made any configuration changes. In our Pilot, we just upgraded to 7.11 from 7.5. But we are encountering this issue in both the environment.

Have you review the application-server.log immediately after reproducing the issue to understand the root cause? That would be the first place for you to start.

Eduardo, we did check server logs but it was not showing any issue.

Eduardo, We've executed this command and got various names in missing users window on Process Analytics 2 Gateway. Not sure what should be the next step but the user who is getting the error is in the missing users list. Please advise next steps to be taken to address this issue. Thank you Eduardo for all your help and suggestions.
