Customization of the Appian Login Screen

What sort of configurations are required to be able to customize the Appian login screen with TOS, password reset functionality, additional links, etc.? Our client wants to display help desk information to end users on the login screen but not sure if this is possible or what it would involve. Thanks in advance.

For a cloud site, at least in the cases I've seen, Appian can provide the default login.jsp, and it can be customized per the customer requirement - adding TOS, changing the display of the login buttons, etc.
