Hello,
I would like to place a simple HTML page on the JBOSS server, which contains the url of the Appian Site.
Did anyone try this before, If yes can you tell me where do I need to place it.

You can try placing HTML in war file and deploy war in JBoss server @ /JBOSS_HOME/standalone/deployments/

I have a image.jpg and a html
so do you want me to place them in War file, and how should access it through URL.
like:
https://abc.com:8080/

Have you tried putting it inside the $JBOSS/welcome-content folder? Worth trying it here first
