Has anyone observed or noticed performance issues in expression based record List View (Editable Grids)?

25 records, we tried 10 records, there is no much difference. Web service accpets page info(start, batchsize and sort).. No rules, all fields are made as plain text field, only two image fields are used and some fields concat field data. We will try to create interface for same query and measure performance metrics.

We have observed same slowness in DB based record, only 30 records, there also we do see its taking 4-5 secs on average load in production
