Get the source URL for a Video Saved to Document Management

I am creating a interface that will allow users to create help tutorials to support new processes. In one step I ask them what media they wish to upload (screengrab image or instructional video). We are using Records to view these tutorials. For the a!webVideo field source = URL to the video. Is there a way when the user uploads the video while building their tutorial I can write off this URL to the DB and then retrieve it when the user opens the record?

As Christine mentioned above you can create an entity backed record for this and use that SAIL code given above on record dashboard to display that video. If file was within Appian, Make sure that all users who can see record will have at least viewer rights to the folder which is having this video.
