Get the source URL for a Video Saved to Document Management

I am creating a interface that will allow users to create help tutorials to support new processes. In one step I ask them what media they wish to upload (screengrab image or instructional video). We are using Records to view these tutorials. For the a!webVideo field source = URL to the video. Is there a way when the user uploads the video while building their tutorial I can write off this URL to the DB and then retrieve it when the user opens the record? OriginalPostID-259018

Are they uploading the video into Appian?
