Appian will no longer support TLS 1.0 encryption - how to update our Safari browser to TLS 1.1 and 1.2

Received this email from Appian about TLS encryption. Starting in May, Appian will no longer support TLS 1.0 encryption; we need to make sure our browsers support TLS 1.1 or 1.2. The link forum.appian.com/.../kb-1064.html contains information about this change and steps needed in IE browser to upgrade to TLS 1.1 and 1.2.

Can you please help with steps needed for Safari browser.

Check en.wikipedia.org/.../Transport_Layer_Security for which versions support TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2
