can I use multi-language with process dashboard?
is there any mode to create a different dashboard of the same model, but with different language?

You could explore the Shared Component Load Resource Bundle. It requires a property file which has dictionary of Labels and values in which you can have the possible values for that particular language. Here is the link where you can download that plugin:

To continue wat Sonia said, you can use the trasnslate function in your dashboard, and just specify the key for each field you defined in the properties file. Fr all the languages, key would remain same and language preference is sent through translate rule itself.

Using the function textfromtemplate you could use different HTML templates for each language to show data on the dashboard.
