Hello,
You may use a safe link to provide a web link in dashboard, as below:
=a!safeLink(
label: "Company web site",
uri: "
http://www.google.com"
)

@rishub You need to use the safe link inside a link field like below. It should work.
=a!linkField(
label: "Company web site",
links: a!safeLink(
label: "Company web site",
uri: "
http://www.google.com"
)
)

Hi,
i am facing the same issue here.
is there any way to achieve link field when we click on it to access and see the files on the network drive.
I want trying with a!safelink but it needs the url to be a web link .
a!linkField(
label: "Location",
labelPosition: "ADJACENT",
links: a!safeLink(
label: ri!sample.attachement,
uri:"\\web1\c$\attachment"
)
)
I am getting this error
An error has occurred
expression evaluation error : at function a!safelink: \\web1\c$\attachement is not permitted URL.

Appian only allows certain protocols in URLs, so you have to use a different value for your uri input. Take a look at
docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Data_Types.html
.

Hi,
I want to save attachment files inside Appian.
if receiving the file attachments as binary in the JSON, would it be possible for Appian to save them?
Thanks in advance
