Take a look at Record Links. They will allow you to link to a specific record's summary dashboard.

@minal i agree with @coltonb , you can try using a!recordLink() for doing this

If you want to place a link to record/report dashboards, then you can create a generic rule as shown in the attached file.
However, you can also use the OOTB a!recordLink() function as told by @coltonb, but that won't let you open the link in new window/tab.

try using choose function or a!submitLink() to switch from one interface to other
