[AppianEUROPE] Cognizant: Capex Management Process Automation at Anglian Waters

To meet the growing need for environmentally friendly production of clean and safe water Anglian Water has to execute a number of small to large projects. Current system was built using legacy technologies which were inflexible, inconsistent and needed a lot of manual work. As part of their Digital transformation they needed an innovative solution to increase speed, efficiency, usability and risk mitigation in the management of these projects. Cognizant built a solution using Appian technologies which gave them a single and intuitive view of all relevant project data at one place that manages requests, decisions, audit and reporting of the projects.
