Overview

The Appian Automation learning path is an online series of courses targeting senior Appian developers. It begins with an overview of how the Appian automation suite can automate workflows that combine people, technologies, and data, to maximize resources and improve business results.

Learn how to use Appian Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by completing several courses and tutorials. RPA is used to automate browser activity and interact with a variety of systems.

You will also explore the AI Skill design object and when to use it to easily add artificial intelligence and machine learning functionality into your business applications. AI Skill speeds up your business workflows by allowing processes that require document classification, document extraction, or email classification to proceed with minimal human intervention.

Decision design objects are used to apply complex business logic to an application, using an intuitive and code-free interface. This course will explain the components of a Decision, how to build one from scratch, and demonstrate a number of ways that a decision can be used in a process.
