KB-1730 Incompatible WebLogic version causes 404 errors


  1. Appian fails to load custom branding.
  2. After logging in, Tempo, Designer, and the Admin Console do not load and display 404 errors in the browser network capture as displayed in the following images:


An incompatible version of WebLogic is being used.


Verify that a compatible version of WebLogic is being used as stated in the System Requirements documentation. Ensure that the documentation version matches the Appian version installed.

Affected Versions

This article applies to all versions of Appian using WebLogic as the application server.
