KB-2114 Task remains in task list/count after submission

Symptoms

Users observe one or both of the following symptoms:

1. The task count above does not reflect the number of tasks of the task list.
   
   
   
2. After submitting a task, the task remains on the task list even though it is completed. Clicking on this completed task results in the following error message to be displayed:
   
   

   This Task Could Not Be Submitted
   The task has already been submitted.

Cause

This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-151286.

Action

To see the correct task list/count, refresh the page.
