KB-2165 Slow performance when adding a new page to a site object

Symptoms

Opening and interacting with the "Add Page" pop-up in Sites Designer is consistently slow.

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-174002 in the following hotfixes:

• Appian 20.1 Hotfix Package I
• Appian 20.2 Hotfix Package G
• Appian 20.3 Hotfix Package D
• Appian 20.4 Hotfix Package A

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 and 20.4.
