When trying to open any process model, the process model will be stuck on the loading screen.
When the Site-Wide Banner includes newline characters, process models won't open.
This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-245400.
Eliminate any new line characters within the Site-Wide Banner.
