KB-1188 "Import Application" and "Create New Application" buttons not working in /design with "Swallowed an error with no code" error thrown in application server log

Symptoms

Clicking on the Import Application and Create New Application buttons in /design has no effect. Some other buttons can also stop working.

In the application-sever.log, the following error will be seen:

ERROR com.appiancorp.common.logging.GWTRemoteLoggingService - Swallowed an error with no error code. ResponseClass: class com.appiancorp.gwt.tempo.client.designer.EvaluateUiResponse

Cause

In custom.properties, the conf.suite.SCHEME or conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT properties are not set to the correct values.

Action

Check that conf.suite.SCHEMEand conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT are set to the correct values.
