KB-1260 500 Internal Server Error thrown after session timeout

Symptoms

Once the session times out in an environment, and the user clicks on “Resume”, a 500 Internal Server Error is displayed.

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-65153 in the following hotfixes/versions:

• Appian 7.11 Hotfix Package G
• Appian 16.1

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 7.10 and 7.11.
