Once the session times out in an environment, and the user clicks on “Resume”, a 500 Internal Server Error is displayed.
This issue has been addressed via AN-65153 in the following hotfixes/versions:
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
This article applies to Appian 7.10 and 7.11.
