Email alerts or messages are not being received from Appian Cloud sites. The Send Email node is configured properly, the Process History shows the email was sent but no emails are received.
The mail server mistakenly labels emails sent via Appian as junk or spam as they are sent from a domain that is not recognized.
On the mail server that receives emails from Appian, create a new Transport Rule with the header attribute to avoid the emails being labeled as “junk” or “spam”:
