KB-1324 Related actions are no longer available on support cases


Support Cases with a case number of 438094 and earlier do not have any related actions available (e.g., reopening cases, updating case information, etc.).


The process to create cases has been updated since the launch of Community. Cases which were previously created through Forum can no longer be interacted with. This behavior is intentional.


If you need to revisit an issue that was investigated in a case with case number 438094 or earlier, please open a new support case and reference the old support case number in the initial description.
