In the Appian Designer interface, when attempting to perform an action on items which are selected across multiple pages, the action only affects the selected items on the current page.
This is the intended behavior for the Appian Designer, such that the interface does not allow users to accidentally act on objects or applications that they cannot currently see.
For example: This prevents users from accidentally deleting objects they may have forgotten were selected on the next/previous page.
Perform desired actions on objects/applications on a page by page basis.
