KB-1544 "XX.X.XX.0 is not a recognized version" reported in Health Check analysis on an Appian Cloud site when using the Health Check plug-in

Symptoms

When running the Appian Health Check for an Appian Cloud site, the analysis reports that the current Appian version is not recognized:

Cause

The Health Check analysis was run in Self-managed mode instead of in Cloud mode.

Action

Run the Health Check analysis in Cloud mode for any Appian Cloud sites by updating the AHC_ENV_IS_CLOUD constant to have a value of true.

The reported risk can be safely ignored.
