KB-1608 "Expression evaluation error at function a!sideBySideLayout" when navigating between forms in Appian for Android

This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

Appian throws the following error when attempting to view a form that contains the File Upload Component:

Error Evaluating UI Expression

This error occurs when viewing a form in Appian 18.1 on an Android mobile device. The error modal prevents the user from using the form or taking any further action in the mobile application.

This issue has been resolved via AN-104680 in the following Appian hotfixes/versions:
