Overview
The Alerts Utilities Plug-in contains two smart services that allow you to modify alert settings for a user. The smart service "Edit Alert Settings for User" is used to configure alert settings for self-managed environments. The smart service "Edit Cloud Alert Settings for User" is used to configure alert settings for Cloud environments.
Where can I find the description of the inputs to these smart services? 3 of the parameters are integers and I haven't found any documentation of what those integers need to be...

We are upgrading our platforms to New Appian version 20.1. Can we expect an updated version of this plugin to support on Latest Version of Appian as It shows Compatible Version(s): 7.9+, 17.1

Eduardo Fuentes I do not have to update the utility. I was able to accomplish to list of users for each alert type individually. However we ran into a weird problem that the solution is working fine all environments except Production. The utility seems to run successfully but user email notification settings are not being updated. Any insight on this will help. Apologize if this is not the right forum for discussion.

The source code comes within the JAR. When submitting again please ensure you mention this was originally created by Appian so that we can update our internal repository with the changes for easy review for Cloud compliance.

Does this utility help configure notifications settings introduced in new versions example email notifications and mobile notifications? I do not see them in the list of the Alert Types.
